Our Sauvignon Blanc shows the influence of the warm summer days and cool, foggy nights of an optimal growing season: intense fruit flavors with vibrant acidity.  Meyer lemon, yellow grapefruit, lime zest, and quince notes are dominant, with a rather distinct creaminess on the palate, reminiscent of lemon curd and key lime pie.  Looking for a wine for fresh Dungeness or Blue crab?
